Hello and welcome! My name is Patrik and I’m a geologist with a deep love for travel and adventure.
I was born in Romania and moved to Denmark in my mid-20s in search of a new home. My studies and my curiosity have taken me across many countries in Europe, and eventually across the Atlantic to Canada, where I now live and work.
For the past 15 years, my main drive has been a never-ending quest to find my place in the world. Along the way, I’ve dreamed of settling in many places, only to have life steer me in unexpected directions. Over time, I’ve learned to embrace the unknown and go with the flow.
I started this blog to share my travel adventures — past, present, and future — across countries, continents, and landscapes: from sandy beaches to snowy mountains, from bustling cities to quiet, remote regions. Through these stories, I hope to inspire fellow travelers to follow their dreams and explore the rich, diverse world around us.
